  男,1973年6月生,中药学博士,博士生导师,教授,研究员。北京市科技新星,曾获中国药学会青年药剂学奖,军队科技进步一等奖。中国药学会药剂专业委员会委员,世中联经皮给药专业委员会常务理事,国家科技重大专项评审专家,国家发改委药品价格评审专家,国家自然科学基金评审专家,多个省市自然科学基金评审专家,新药评审专家,《药学学报》青年编委,《国际药学研究杂志》编委,以及北京理工大学兼职教授、沈阳药科大学兼职教授和博导、河南大学、安徽医科大学硕士生导师。军事医学科学院药学博士后合作导师。已发表国内外文章90余篇(包括50篇SCI论文)。获15项发明专利证书。E-mail:jinyg@sina.com
